I ordered my bridal gown from you, A Winters Queen, along with 2 flower girl dresses and all the bridesmaids jewelry. I just wanted to say thank you for your patience with me!!! The dresses came out more beautiful than I could have imagined! The beadwork on the bridal gown is absolutely stunning and far exceeded my expectations! And the sleeves on the dress were amazing! When I was having my final alterations done, my alterations guy kept saying how well made the dress was, how good of quality the workmanship was and the way the beads were put on was amazing! When he said, ‘you must have paid at least $2000 for this dress’, I didn’t have the heart to tell him that you had it listed for less than $300!!! We were paying for our wedding ourself, so ordering through you really helped us stay within our budget. Your option for having the size customized saved me so much time and hundreds on alterations. The flowergirls dresses were also very beautiful! And I was so lucky to have found the jewelry for my bridesmaids for the wedding and as gifts, and all in one place. I had never really ordered anything big over the internet before, so I was a little unsure at first. But you were there for me through out the whole transaction! You were quick to answer all my questions and cleared up all my doubts! You got everything to me as fast as possible, even with my super tight deadline! Your website made it so easy for me to get everything in one place for a good price, and completly customized just for me! I would definately recomend your site to everyone! I spent hours and hours on the computer sifting through all the vendors offerings and at times became so frustrated all I could do was fall asleep.Finally I hit on fairytaleendeavors. It seemed she had more of what I thought I had in mind. One of the options was to contact them through e-mail. I did I explained my situation, gave her my ideas and truly asked for suggestions. Within hours I had a response. That brought more questions, more e-mails and more rapid responses. At one point I realized it would be better if I called and spoke to her in person. We had a great conversation, but now I needed to think about it. She was fine with that. I went back to her website and asked more questions and again she was there with suggestions and answers. Finally it all came together and she had my order. She e-mailed me when it was ready and again with the tracking information. I was nervous about ordering from a picture on the computer. I should not have been. It was everything she said it was going to be.
